Our Gingerbread House I just wanted to post a quick note to say Happy Holiday's to everyone. We are getting ready to head out to do some major grocery shopping and then back home to clean, bake, wrap and all that fun stuff. My mom and dad are coming into town tomorrow night so I'm excited. Our house is pretty much decorated and the Christmas music is playing. We opted not to decorate outside this year except we do have a pretty wreath on the front door. I had Kev take a picture of the Christmas tree but I totally forgot to put the skirt around so it looks silly. We put together the Gingerbread house you see above and had a blast doing that. We will celebrate our 11th anniversary on New Year's Eve. Looking forward to a fun night out to Beni Hana's Japanese Steakhouse. Fun! Have a fun and safe holiday! Angie

I'm evaluating a multi-media course on blogging from the folks at Simpleology. For a while, they're letting you snag it for free if you post about it on your blog. It covers: The best blogging techniques. How to get traffic to your blog. How to turn your blog into money. I'll let you know what I think once I've had a chance to check it out. Mom's Radio Network is having a fun contest where you have the chance to win $100. Whoo hoo! We are to choose our favorite internet radio show from the network, blog about it and provide a picture of ourselves next to the website of our favorite show. It's very hard to choose just one show. My hubby Kevin says it's a lot like me at every restaurant we go to. It takes me forever to choose from the menu so here I am having a hard time choosing my favorite show. So I have decided to share my Top 3 because I just can't make up my mind. 1) Mom's Morning Show - I just love this new show. The interaction by phone and conference room is outstanding. This daily morning show is fun and full of variety with a different topic every day. You just have to experience this one. 2) Mom's Money - I love this no fluff talk about moms and their money. Aurelia Williams of Real Life Coaching has been a great source of inspiration to me. As a coach, Aurelia has really helped me focus on tasks I need to accomplish and has given me timelines to complete my goals. She encourages me to go after what I want. Hubby made them using Adobe Creative Suites 2, a very expensive software program he bought a few months ago and never got the chance to play around with until I was reading the forums over at Mom Gadget and just had to have a few. He's now officially addicted!

It's been over a year since I have posted on this blog and so much has gone on since then. I'll spare you most of the details but I will try to keep up from now on. My plan is to post at least once a week but you know how that goes. This is my 'fun' blog and I'll be working on my new weight loss/fitness blog soon. My Losing It and Loving It website is coming along nicely I would say and I'm learning a lot about web design, html, affiliate and internet marketing, etc. I guess you never stop learning right? Kevin has been helping me with my website, upcoming newsletter, web design, graphics and much more. What a great hubby! We are getting ready to start planning for our next trip to Jamaica in 2008. I did it! I can't believe it, I went and got approx. 6 inches of hair cut off of my head today. LOL! I have been wanting to make this change for a while but was too scared however I felt it was time and I LOVE it! I figured that since I am on a roll with my weightloss, this would be icing on the cake! Hubby loves it too! Are you ready to see the change? Ok, here it goes....
