My question is:

In honor of Mother's Day this Sunday, what is your favorite flower?

My favorite flower is a purple rose. I really like any type of purple flower but roses are my favorite.

I like roses too. Actually I like lots of different flowers too - carnations, lillies, tulips, etc.

My favorite flowers are gerber daisies. I especially love a bright, multi-colored bunch.

Blog Trip Day 5: Explore the City

Here we are on the last day of the blog trip. It has been fun getting to know so many of you. Today we are exploring our city. My favorite thing to do, that we do about once a year and I hope to change that is spend the day at Six Flags Great America . I love all the rides and could go on them over and over. Hubby and my stepson are not so much into the spin type rides so I have to ride those alone. Oh well! We went there a few weeks ago and I had a blast. This morning I found a link to a contest over at Money Blogger to win an ipod Nano . I will normally only enter contests that I have to blog about if I like what they have to offer on their blog. Welcome Mommy Fest Blog Party People
